Join our team as a Human Resources Department Manager!
We are Al-Serr International Company in the retail sector (food) located in Dammam, and we are looking for a qualified candidate to manage the Human Resources Department.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Developing HR strategies: Establishing policies and strategic plans to improve employee performance and meet the company's future needs.
  • Recruitment management: Overseeing the recruitment, selection, and hiring processes of talented employees to meet the organization's needs.
  • Preparing an organizational structure for the establishment, job descriptions, and internal regulations.
  • Performance management: Implementing performance evaluation systems and identifying programs to improve employee performance.
  • Development and training: Designing training and development programs to enhance the skills and competencies of employees.
  • Compliance with laws: Ensuring the application of HR policies in accordance with applicable labor laws.
  • Employee relations management: Resolving conflicts and improving communication between management and employees to enhance their job satisfaction.
  • Establishing the HR budget: Financial planning and allocating resources necessary for HR-related programs and projects.
  • Data analysis.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in the field of human resources, preferably in retail companies.
  • Extensive knowledge of labor law and social insurance regulations.

Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Outstanding leadership and management skills.
  • The ability to manage the workforce.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and HR management systems.

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال الموارد البشرية، ويفضل أن تكون في شركات التجزئة.
  • معرفة واسعة بقانون العمل ولوائح التأمين الاجتماعي.
المهارات المطلوبة:
  • مهارات قيادية وإدارية متميزة.
  • القدرة على إدارة القوى العاملة.
