Qualifications and requirements: A university degree (preference for an engineer who specializes or has worked in the field of human resources). Practical experience of not less than 5 years in human resources management in companies (contracting). Proven experience in team management and coordination with HR teams in various projects, and collaboration with other departments to achieve the company's goals. Ability to develop and restructure the human resources department on professional bases that align with the company's vision and future directions. Full familiarity with the Saudi Labor Law and its executive regulations. Proficiency in English language in both speaking and writing. Experience in: Recruitment and talent acquisition. Developing internal policies and procedures. Managing employee affairs (contracts, salaries, vacations). Dealing with electronic human resources systems (such as SAP or Odoo or equivalent). Supervising training and development programs. High skills in leadership, communication, and problem-solving. Ability to work in a construction and field project environment.

  • Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll systems is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
