We are looking for a motivated HR Specialist to support our startup's growth and help shape a positive workplace culture.

Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site position where you will manage core HR operations and contribute significantly to building people operations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Manage employee records and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Work closely with employees to enhance engagement and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in Human Resources and HR operations (startup experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and implementation processes.
  • Skills in personnel management and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic.
