Join Our Team as an Accounts Payable Accountant
We are Koch Engineered Solutions Middle East, a leading company that specializes in process and pollution control equipment. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Accountant to join our Finance and Accounts team in Dammam, KSA. This role is essential for managing and processing our financial obligations, ensuring all vendor bills and company expenses are recorded and paid accurately and timely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify invoices with accuracy.
  • Manage weekly and monthly payment runs while maintaining proper records.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date vendor information and support supplier onboarding.
  • Assist in month-end closing, preparing reports and reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, and tax teams.
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Prepare VAT returns and maintain accurate vendor files.
Qualifications:
  • Accounting background with strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
  • Familiarity with VAT and local compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
