As a key player, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships to promote our logistics services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and transportation sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including shippers, freight forwarders, and corporate accounts.
- Promote the company's services, including freight transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements to maximize profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Revenue growth.
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Customer retention rate.
- Sales target achievement.
