About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our logistics and transportation team at MEDSCAN Logistics Company. As a key player, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships to promote our logistics services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and transportation sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including shippers, freight forwarders, and corporate accounts.
  • Promote the company's services, including freight transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and service agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Revenue growth.
  • Number of new clients acquired.
  • Customer retention rate.
  • Sales target achievement.

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills for reporting.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
