Join eMagine Solutions as a Sales Executive (Modern Trade)
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive who will be responsible for managing product availability, merchandising execution, promotions, and daily servicing of key accounts to achieve sales targets. This role is ideal for those with a strong background in retail and modern trade.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the sales process and deliver agreed sales targets in the Modern Trade channel.
  • Activate new customers and support account growth.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and display execution in-store.
  • Present promotions and commercial offers and drive their implementation.
  • Implement BDA/activity plans in line with internal guidelines.
  • Maintain and expand shelf share across assigned accounts.
  • Collect payments (cheques/cash) in accordance with company policy.
  • Track and control NTE and damages within the budget.
  • Submit accurate weekly and monthly reports on time.
  • Represent the company professionally and adhere to policies/procedures at all times.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any administrative/business-related field preferred.
  • Experience in retail as a Sales Executive or Merchandiser with Modern Trade exposure strongly preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic and basic English (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication and customer service orientation.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills for reporting.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.

Health, Safety & Food Safety Compliance:
  • Demonstrate commitment to Health & Safety protocols and follow safe working procedures.
  • Report hazards/incidents and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Adhere to Food Safety Golden Rules and FSQ policies.
  • Attend mandatory/refresher FSQ training sessions.
