About the Role:
Join Almarai as a Sales Supervisor, where you will spearhead the growth objectives of the company by optimizing the sales and distribution of our Bakery products in your designated area. This role is critical in ensuring adherence to operational policies and maintaining high sales and merchandising standards through effective leadership of a sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily performance reviews of Salesmen and Assistant Salesmen through effective session endorsements.
  • Ensure timely departures of sales vans by performing “morning duty” and addressing any challenges faced by sales personnel.
  • Set and review targets for Salesmen regularly to meet sales and growth objectives.
  • Commence new routes and assess existing coverage for resource optimization.
  • Conduct route rides and field assessments for all salesmen in your area.

Requirements:
  • Must hold a Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a supervisory role within a van sales environment, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient understanding of sales operations in the FMCG sector, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proven abilities in time management and negotiation.
