The Storekeeper Role at Virtucruit
Join Virtucruit as a Storekeeper, where you'll play a crucial role in managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, spare parts, and equipment within the warehouse. You will ensure that inventory is accurately recorded and readily available to support mining, maintenance, and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
  • Safely store materials, spare parts, and equipment in designated warehouse locations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management or ERP system.
  • Issue materials and spare parts for maintenance, operations, and other departments as requested.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and participate in cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Ensure proper labeling, identification, and organization of stock items.

What We Look For:
  • Diploma or certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or storekeeping roles, preferably within mining, heavy equipment, or industrial environments.
  • Experience handling spare parts, consumables, and maintenance materials.

  • Valid forklift operator certification is a plus.
