Main Responsibilities:

• Supervising the club and welcoming visitors and clients.
• Identifying visitors' demands and directing them to the relevant reference.
• Receiving phone calls and responding to inquiries.
• Scheduling and recording clients' names in the official records.
• Encouraging memberships and attracting them.
• Adhering to procedures and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in the following disciplines: Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Services, Executive Secretarial.
• Practical experience of no less than one year.
• Certificates such as MCSE 2003, CCNA, and Human Resources certificates are preferred.

Skills:

• Customer service, reception desk, ability to schedule.
• Typing on a computer.
• Responsibility and high professionalism in dealing with visitors.
