Main Responsibilities:- Supervising the club and welcoming visitors and clients.
- Identifying visitors' demands and directing them to the relevant reference.
- Receiving phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Scheduling and recording clients' names in the official records.
- Encouraging memberships and attracting them.
- Adhering to procedures and organizational policies.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in the following disciplines: Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Services, Executive Secretarial.
- Practical experience of no less than one year.
- Certificates such as MCSE 2003, CCNA, and Human Resources certificates are preferred.
Skills:- Customer service, reception desk, ability to schedule.
- Typing on a computer.
- Responsibility and high professionalism in dealing with visitors.
