Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage departments including Front Desk, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and more.
  • Establish effective working relationships with senior management.
  • Train and support team members to implement Hilton standards.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure optimal conditions in all areas.
  • Develop and execute cost control plans.
  • Analyze costs monthly and prepare action plans for improvement.
  • Supervise team performance and ensure compliance with labor laws.
