Marketing Manager

Job Title: Head of Growth & Marketing Main Objective: Lead sales growth and achieve the company's business objectives by managing digital marketing, content, influencers, and optimizing the customer journey, with a focus on results and numbers, not just social media account management. Key Tasks: * Prepare and implement the annual marketing strategy. * Achieve monthly sales and growth targets. * Manage and analyze digital advertising campaigns. * Monitor and optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). * Manage marketing content to serve sales objectives. * Manage influencer campaigns and measure their results. * Analyze customer data and optimize the customer journey. * Continuously study competitors and market opportunities. * Build and lead the marketing team and develop it. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management. Required Qualifications: * At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce or consumer brands. * Proven track record in achieving sales growth, not just content management. * Experience in Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads. * Experience in data analysis and performance indicators. * High ability to make decisions based on numbers. * Leadership personality capable of building and managing a team. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): * Revenue growth. * Number of orders. * Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). * Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). * Conversion rate. * Repeat purchase rate. * Customer base growth. Preferably worked in: * E-commerce. * Perfumes or cosmetics. * Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Brands. Note We are not looking for just a social media manager, content manager, or brand manager, but for someone with a proven track record in leading sales growth and achieving measurable digital results.
