Join Saudi Air Navigation Services as an Executive Admin Assistant!
In this vital role, you will provide effective and efficient executive administrative support to facilitate the smooth operations of the department. Your expertise will help meet established KPIs and adhere to budgetary guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and organize all travel requirements, including accommodation, visa arrangements, transportation, and venues.
  • Provide administrative support, including drafting emails, recording meeting minutes, and preparing correspondence.
  • Maintain documentation and records in line with set policies while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Welcome visitors, ascertain their needs, and direct them appropriately.
  • Manages telephone calls on behalf of the assigned function head, routes calls, and takes messages as necessary.
  • Track progress with team members and functions, reporting status updates to the assigned function head.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent is required.
