Customer service representative is required to work in the call center of a leading company in the services field, where the job requires communication with customers in a highly professional manner, responding to their inquiries, solving their problems, and coordinating their reservations. The job includes the following tasks: receiving phone calls, recording and documenting customer requests in the system, following up on complaints until resolved, and coordinating with the relevant departments to ensure the best service is provided. We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, proficient in using computers, with previous experience in customer service.
