Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries promptly via calls, cases, and chats.
• Managing complaints and shipment disruptions with professionalism.
• Coordinating with internal teams for timely resolutions.
• Conducting regular meetings with customers to enhance service delivery.
• Identifying value-added services to promote customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in Shipping & Logistics.
• Strong skills in customer and vendor relationship management.
• Proven track record of driving change and innovation.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
