We are seeking a dedicated Customer Services and Real Estate Marketing Specialist to enhance our client interactions and marketing initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in addressing client needs and driving sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and comprehend client inquiries through phone and social media.
  • Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Manage and continuously update the customer database.
  • Participate in developing and executing real estate marketing plans.
  • Post real estate advertisements on various platforms.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Prepare weekly reports on customer inquiries, conversion rates, and sales.
  • Support promotional and advertising campaigns, both digital and field-based.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant educational qualification (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate marketing or customer service.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Professional appearance and ability to interact with various client demographics.
  • English language proficiency in speaking and writing is preferred.
  • Commitment to work schedule and performance discipline.
