Overview of the Job
You will provide administrative and office support to drive outstanding work processes and execution to meet or exceed business objectives. You must fully engage and be energized by a dynamic and fast-paced position.

Responsibilities of the Role
  • Responsible for providing administrative, technical, and project management support to a Senior Executive and their leadership team.
  • Serves as a strategic business partner - trusted confidante, liaison, and executive stand-in - providing guidance and input regarding company and business affairs.
  • Builds and maintains relationships crucial to the success of the Executive and the organization and represents the Company and the Executive’s office to the organization as well as external visitors.
  • Should be well-versed in office management, technical tools, and software applications, and coordinating travel and global business meetings.
  • Must be professional and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.

Role Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Arabic & English fluency (written & spoken)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration technologies.
  • Strong organization and follow-through skills.
