Job Announcement | Sales Representative – Specialty Coffee (Wholesale)

A specialty coffee roastery announces its need for a sales representative with actual experience in the coffee field, capable of managing wholesale sales with cafes, restaurants, hotels, and operating companies.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop wholesale coffee sales (beans and crops).

Build and manage relationships with cafes, restaurants, hotels, and operating companies.

Present products and explain treatments and roasting professionally.

Follow up with clients and achieve monthly sales targets.

Manage offers and negotiate large orders.

Basic Requirements:

Previous experience in coffee sales or working with a roastery / coffee supplier.

Real knowledge of coffee crops and their treatments and roasting.

Having a customer base or data in the coffee sector (a strong advantage).

Availability of transportation.

Field sales personality, focused on results and achieving goals.
