We are looking for a skilled financial leader to join our team at Cake Group.

As a financial leader, you will contribute to shaping the financial strategy and ensuring operational efficiency across all our branches. Your role will revolve around the following tasks:
  • Strategic Financial Planning: Developing and implementing financial plans that support branch expansion and improve profitability.
  • Food Cost Management: Monitoring and analyzing sales costs, waste ratios, and inventory to ensure targeted profit margins are achieved.
  • Financial Reporting: Overseeing the preparation of periodic financial statements in accordance with international standards (IFRS).
  • Budget and Cash Flow Management: Preparing branch budgets, monitoring actual performance, and ensuring liquidity for operations and suppliers.
  • Compliance and Control: Ensuring compliance with tax and zakat regulations and coordinating external audits.
  • Investment and Risk Analysis: Conducting feasibility studies for opening new branches and evaluating return on investment models (NPV & IRR).
  • Team and Relationship Management: Leading the finance team and developing relationships with banks and key suppliers.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's is a plus).
  • Professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, or SOCPA are preferred.
  • Experience of 7 to 10 years, including at least 3 years in the restaurant or retail sector.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics.
  • High analytical ability, team leadership skills, and effective communication with senior management.

  • Valid KSA driving license and Iqama with transferable option for non saudi.
  • Experience in Wholesale/Distribution/Chemical industry is preferred.
