As a pivotal leader in our hotel operations, you will drive the success of all dining, banquet, and event operations. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maximizing revenue and profitability through the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the hotel’s Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, banquets, catering, and events.
  • Achieve and exceed budgeted targets for revenue, labor costs, and overall profitability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for group meetings and banquet clients, ensuring seamless planning and execution.
  • Oversee billing processes to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing.
  • Ensure food and beverage offerings meet premium quality standards and consistently exceed guest expectations.
  • Direct and inspire the Food & Beverage team through effective training and management.
  • Optimize inventory control and vendor management for cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to enhance brand visibility and maintain competitive positioning.
  • Guarantee compliance with industry standards, health & safety protocols, and hotel policies.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols including hygiene compliance and emergency readiness.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Postgraduate degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management.
  • Strong leadership, client relationship management, and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

  • Experience in pre-opening environments is highly desirable.
