About the Role
As a key ambassador for Clinique La Prairie, you will oversee and develop all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring alignment with our longevity philosophy, medical expertise, and nutritional standards while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Experience & Brand Representation: Act as a Brand Ambassador for Clinique La Prairie, ensuring all services align with our standards and building meaningful relationships with guests.
• Operations Management: Manage daily operations across all food & beverage outlets, ensuring compliance with guidelines and resolving operational issues promptly.
• Leadership & Team Management: Build and develop a strong team through training and effective communication, ensuring a culture of service excellence.
• Financial & Performance Management: Oversee budgets, KPIs, and P&L performance, contributing to revenue growth through optimized product offerings.
• Strategic Contribution: Involve in strategic planning to enhance F&B offerings, monitor market trends and improve service models.

Profile & Requirements

• 3–5 years of Food & Beverage management experience in luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• High attention to detail and professionalism

As the Food & Beverage Manager at Raffles The Red Sea, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our dining operations while ensuring impeccable service that reflects the luxury and charm of our brand. Reporting to the Cluster Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, lounges, in-room dining, and banqueting.
