The ideal candidate will manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, handle guest inquiries with excellent communication skills, and maintain a polished appearance while working collaboratively with our service team. Key responsibilities include managing wait times effectively, processing payments when required, maintaining accurate guest records, and creating a positive first impression that reflects our commitment to outstanding hospitality.

• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience.
• Manage reservations and respond to inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Coordinate seating arrangements in collaboration with the service team.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service in line with Four Seasons' exceptional hospitality standards.

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 6 to 12 months of experience in restaurant, food and beverage service preferred.
• Proficient in English and Arabic (local candidates only as per Saudi law).
• Familiarity with restaurant policies and operations is a plus.
