Join Aviagen as an HR Manager
As the HR Manager for our new Saudi investment, you will play a pivotal role in building the HR function from the ground up. This strategic position requires a strong generalist capable of balancing local needs with global HR standards. You will lead the design, implementation, and evolution of people practices during the setup phase and beyond, supporting a high-growth environment focusing on organizational development, talent acquisition, culture building, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organization Setup & Change Management:
    • Design and implement HR infrastructure, policies, systems, and procedures in line with global standards.
    • Drive cultural development and change initiatives aligning with strategic goals.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership during transformation and growth.
  • People Strategy & Talent Management:
    • Own the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
    • Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy for timely hiring.
    • Work with managers on performance expectations and employee development.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
    • Ensure effective HR operations for personnel administration and legal compliance.
    • Address employee concerns and oversee payroll operations ensuring accuracy.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
    • Conduct market research to maintain attractive reward structures.
  • HR Analytics, Reporting & Budgeting:
    • Prepare and manage the HR budget according to business needs.
    • Deliver reports on HR KPIs and use workforce analytics for decision-making.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
  • Minimum 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in HR setup or transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and employment practices.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
