With our rich history in providing high-quality bedding solutions since 1990, this role is essential for fostering an engaging company culture and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain high-quality talent.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations to management and staff.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regional labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and promote continuous feedback.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager in the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong knowledge of MENA labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing diverse teams and promoting inclusion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and analytical skills.
