Join Our Team as an HR Operations Manager!
We are looking for a dedicated HR Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our daily HR functions in Jeddah, KSA. In this role, you will ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and support employee relations processes while enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad.
  • Support employee relations processes.
  • Drive operational efficiency within the HR department.

Key Requirements:
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor laws.
  • Experience in managing HR processes and outsourcing agencies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Available to join immediately.

Requirements
  • Nationality: Saudi National (Mandatory).
  • Experience: 10+ years of HR experience, with a proven track record at the Managerial level within a large-scale environment.
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership, operational HR expertise, and the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners or those with a 30-day notice period are preferred.
