• Employment & Contract Management: Manage employment agreements and contract renewals for staff and suppliers, advising management on compliance matters.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Support recruitment efforts and manage onboarding processes, ensuring all visa and work permit procedures are handled.
• Private Medical Insurance Compliance: Oversee medical insurance programs for employees, ensuring compliance with Saudi health regulations.
• GOSI Compliance: Ensure timely employee registration and compliance with Saudi social insurance regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• 2-5 years of HR Experience, preferably in mining, industrial or heavy industry.
• Arabic Language proficiency and strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
