We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager who will play a critical role in optimizing our workforce and implementing effective HR strategies. This position offers an opportunity to influence and enhance the employee experience within our organization.

Job Purpose:
As the Human Resources Manager, your primary role will be to develop and implement staffing and learning strategies, enhance retention strategies, and promote organizational development. You will focus on talent planning, diversity initiatives, compensation management, performance management, and workforce engagement.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the HR department to develop effective HR policies.
  • Plan, develop, and implement the HR management strategy, including recruitment, selection, training, and development.
  • Monitor and report on HR issues, opportunities, and development plans.
  • Evaluate HR strategy and performance in cooperation with the maintenance team.
  • Manage employee performance appraisals and develop appropriate tools.
  • Direct training initiatives to foster employee growth.
  • Liaise with other functional heads to understand HR needs and ensure alignment with objectives.
Education & Experience:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's Degree in HR management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in HR management, organizational development, and process improvement.
