Azhar Holding is a leading organization committed to driving sustainable growth through strategic investments. We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our Human Resources function across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
  • Partner with senior leadership to support organizational growth and operational excellence.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR professional.
  • Previous experience within holding companies and/or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are a plus.

  • Arabic Language proficiency and strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
