About the Job: The role of Human Resources Manager at NCMS involves defining the HR strategy and proposing organizational changes to meet business objectives. The HR Manager will focus on identifying resource requirements, championing employee engagement, and talent attraction and retention. It is essential to manage recruitment and development while adhering to local laws and company policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and mature HR infrastructure including policies and processes.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract the best-fit employees.
  • Implement HR team initiatives for recruitment, Saudization, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and manage government relations regarding visas and licensing.
  • Analyze staff payroll costs and monitor turnover while implementing retention strategies.
  • Facilitate induction and orientation training for new employees.
  • Stay updated with government guidelines related to HR.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 10 years of progressive HR experience, with strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Saudi labor laws.
  • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as needed.

The Role
As the Human Resource Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing the workplace culture of our hospitality operation. Key Areas of Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process for all positions and lead the onboarding process.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture and act as a trusted advisor to team members.
  • Training & Development: Develop comprehensive training programs that promote both professional and personal growth for team members.
  • Performance Management: Lead the performance management process and support department heads in addressing performance issues.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Ensure the competitiveness of the compensation structure and manage the payroll process.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and communicate company policies.
  • Team Member Wellbeing & Support: Implement programs that support wellbeing, health, and work-life balance initiatives.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
