Monitoring attendance and departure and ensuring compliance with attendance policies. Entering salary data with periodic updates. Following up on allowances, entitlements, and deductions. Following up on social insurance and medical insurance operations. Identifying annual training needs. Searching for training providers and coordinating programs. Following up on the evaluation of training programs and measuring their results. Supporting the implementation of the annual or periodic performance evaluation system. Following up on career development plans and evaluation forms. Assisting managers in understanding and implementing performance policies. Ensuring compliance with labor and human resources regulations. Preparing required reports for official entities. Updating internal policies according to regulatory changes. He has knowledge of Office programs.
