Join the Cooling Funoon Team as a Human Resources Officer!
We are a dedicated company specializing in designing and installing air conditioning systems, and we are looking for a skilled Human Resources Officer to support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement approved HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
  • Monitor employee contracts, vacations, and compliance with Saudi labor laws.
  • Prepare payroll in coordination with the accounting department.
  • Oversee annual and quarterly employee performance evaluations.
  • Supervise social insurance processes and ensure adherence to requirements.
  • Familiarize with all relevant government platforms (such as Qiwa, Social Insurance, Ministry of Human Resources, Muqeem, etc).
  • Contribute to fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Manage employee records and periodically update the database.
  • Oversee training and career development plans.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of HR experience (preferably in contracting/services sector).
  • Good knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR regulations.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to adapt to HR management systems such as Odoo or similar.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work in a team environment and handle work pressure.
