Join Nahdi Medical Co. as an HR Senior Specialist!

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for executing various HR administrative tasks that support our department's smooth operations. Your duties will include:
  • Handling financial processes such as PRs, payments, and employee requests.
  • Assisting with personnel operations, including employee complaints and attendance reports.
  • Managing the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Coordinating with governmental affairs and participating in HR projects.

Working Environment:
The role is 100% indoors, requiring you to work 5 days a week, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour break during the day.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a Diploma in HR.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.

  • A minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5-6 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, and contract management within a large or complex organization.
  • Expertise in financial control, cost analysis, and budget optimization.
  • Experience in vendor and contract management, encompassing drafting, evaluation, and negotiation.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in financial management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
