Role Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring equipment safety and performance. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Performing regular maintenance checks and on-site service repairs.
  • Providing excellent customer service through proactive communication and satisfaction management.
  • Identifying risks and taking immediate action to ensure safety.
  • Executing service operations effectively, adhering to maintenance instructions and safety protocols.
  • Reporting accurately on work performed and maintaining tools and equipment.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • ITI/Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Automation.
  • 5 years of preventive maintenance experience with a recognized elevator company.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A commitment to high-quality service and teamwork.
