Umm Al Qura For Development and Construction is seeking a passionate Marketing Manager to drive our marketing strategies for B2B and B2C segments. This is an exciting opportunity to work at a leading Saudi urban development company responsible for creating integrated destinations that enhance community experiences.

About the Role:
The Marketing Manager will be instrumental in defining and implementing marketing strategies, collaborating with management and media agencies.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and outdoor channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and conduct post-campaign analysis.
  • Collaborate with social media agencies to define content strategies and budget plans.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or related field.
  • 45 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in tourism or hospitality.
  • 8+ years of experience in tourism or destination marketing preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven success in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in tourism, hospitality, or destination marketing.
  • Passion for travel and promoting unique destinations.
