Key Responsibilities:

• Distribution Center Management:
  • Lead operations in accordance with all safety and quality standards.
  • Plan for demand fluctuations, seasonality, and capacity utilization.
  • Participate in assigned Supply Chain projects.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with operation standards.
  • Supervise loading/unloading processes while ensuring safety measures are followed.
  • Review KPIs to ensure operations meet service level agreements.
• Team Management:
  • Manage team performance and monitor achievement of KPIs.
  • Conduct daily operations meetings to keep team aligned with priorities.
  • Coordinate workload to ensure uninterrupted flow of work.

Work Environment:
Indoors: 90%, Outdoors: 10%
Working Days: 5 days, Days Off: 2 days
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or operations role
• Proficiency in MS Office and Inventory Management Systems
• Fluent in English and Arabic
