Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production of all pastry products, ensuring consistent quality and creativity.
  • Support the overall success of outlets and banquets by adhering to hotel standards and financial goals.
  • Execute high-end desserts for specialty restaurants and maintain exceptional standards in banqueting and breakfast buffets.

Qualifications:
  • Professional diploma in Food Production with a focus on pastry specialization.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Sous Chef in a French Cafe.
  • Excellent knowledge of French pastry techniques and proven skills in baking.
  • GCC experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong practical, operational, and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
