Kinza, a rapidly growing carbonated soft drinks brand under Al Jameel Group, is seeking an experienced Payroll Accountant to lead the payroll function across its Saudi operations. This pivotal role requires someone meticulous and knowledgeable about local payroll processes and regulations.

Position Summary:
The Payroll Accountant will manage and improve the payroll processes ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies while utilizing SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Arabic, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process monthly payroll for all employee categories including permanent, outsourced, and those on Qiwa contracts.
  • Maintain payroll master data in SAP ensuring accuracy for updates related to hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, GOSI, and WPS regulations.
  • Support HR by validating payroll-impacting changes.
  • Prepare salary payment instructions adhering to WPS protocols.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations and support audits.
  • Manage final settlements and EOSB calculations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security in payroll processes.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes from relevant authorities.
  • Liaise with external entities including banks and GOSI.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years in payroll accounting specifically in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law and payroll processing.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Advanced Excel skills including formulas and reconciliation tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (*, ACCA, ICMA, CIMA).
  • Strong time management skills.
