Primary Purpose:
Leading and coordinating the activities of the production team.

Key Accountabilities:

Supervise daily production activities, ensuring that production goals, schedules, and quality standards are met.
Manage, train, and evaluate production staff.
Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures.
Coordinate production workflows and collaborate with other departments.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies.
Analyze production data and performance metrics.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities.
Assist in the development of process improvements and initiatives.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Knowledge of production processes and quality control practices.

Education:
