Recording visitor data and maintaining an effective system for documenting visitor movement. Responding to questions and inquiries and providing the required information effectively. Ensuring that the reception area is tidy and ready to receive visitors at all times. Writing all notes about everything. Being polite and calm regardless of the behavior and manner of the clients. Must possess high organizational skills, as he is the person responsible for the front of the place and communicates with visitors as soon as they enter.
