We are looking for a professional receptionist to join the team, who will be responsible for welcoming visitors and clients and directing them to the appropriate departments, answering phone calls and transferring them to the relevant parties, in addition to organizing appointments and following up on administrative correspondence. This position requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in using computers and office software, and the ability to handle work pressure efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a friendly personality and a suitable professional appearance, along with previous experience in customer service or administrative work.

Important Notes:

Service will be provided to both men and women at the same reception

Ramadan is a seasonal month, and working hours during the last ten days reach 12 hours (overtime)

For the rest of the months, 9 hours - 6 days a week and one day off
