We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team at Alghanim Industries. This role is perfect for individuals who combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication and sales skills to deliver effective solutions to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Generate quotes from various sources such as Corporate Houses, Public Sector, Private Companies, and NGOs based on sales activities.
  • Raise quote requests to the design and estimation department based on customer requirements to determine project costs.
  • Prepare techno-commercial offers for customers.
  • Negotiate with customers and finalize contracts.
  • Coordinate with the customer and head office for drawings and material dispatch.
  • Manage payment collections and credit letters to ensure job completion.
  • Provide sales forecasts and regular reports to superiors.
  • Maintain customer relations and service.
  • Develop new markets.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Age: below 32 years.
  • Experience: 4-10 years in PEB companies or Project Selling or Construction Equipment sectors.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, and Architecture; ability to read and understand structural drawings.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, people management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
