Role Overview:
As a Sales Engineer, you will need a strong technical-commercial background in waste management and recycling solutions. Your role will encompass:
  • Developing and executing sales strategies for AFC MENA's waste management solutions.
  • Identifying and engaging new clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Providing technical expertise and tailored proposals to clients.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborating with engineering and project management teams.
  • Monitoring market trends and representing AFC MENA at industry events.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Industrial, or related field).
  • 27 years of experience in waste management or related industrial sales.
  • Strong knowledge of recycling technologies.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia.
