Introduction: Be part of our distinguished team at The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Saudi Arabia as a Sales Manager for the on-premise sector (HoReCa). You will lead the company's efforts to expand and enhance sales operations in this vital sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies that meet market needs.
  • Manage relationships with key clients in the HoReCa sector.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance and address execution gaps.
  • Oversee resource allocation and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Train and mentor the sales team to achieve excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales or operations, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of the HoReCa sector and its operational dynamics.
  • Experience in managing client relationships at the corporate level.
  • Proven ability to identify new revenue-generating opportunities.

Skills and Attributes:
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain.
  • Experience in designing and implementing loyalty programs.
  • Ability to use analytical tools to assess customer satisfaction and sales trends.
