At Ma'arij Real Estate Company, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team and achieve sales goals. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and managing the sales team and setting monthly and quarterly sales plans.
  • Achieving sales and revenue targets and increasing conversion and closing rates.
  • Managing and developing sales channels.
  • Monitoring team performance through measurement indicators.
  • Overseeing pricing policies and offers, ensuring data and report quality in the CRM system.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, partners, and brokers.
  • Preparing regular reports for management on performance, inventory, sales opportunities, and challenges.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a real estate company.
  • Proven experience in selling residential/commercial projects.
  • High leadership skills in managing teams and motivating individuals.
  • Strong familiarity with sales performance indicators.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and preparing reports.
  • Professional negotiation and persuasion skills.
