Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager B2B, based in Jeddah. The Sales Manager will oversee developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth, building long-term relationships with B2B clients, and identifying opportunities for new partnerships. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and coaching the sales team to achieve their targets. Additionally, the Sales Manager will represent the company at industry events and maintain a deep understanding of Husaak’s portfolio and market demands.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in B2B Sales, Sales Strategy Development, and Business Development
- Proficiency in Relationship Management and Client Retention
- Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
- Market Analysis and Trend Identification abilities
- Leadership experience with proven team management and coaching skills
- Familiarity with the tourism industry, particularly in the Middle East, is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
