Join Our Team as a Sales Manager!
3rd Partner Logistics is a leading provider of comprehensive transportation and 3PL logistics solutions in Saudi Arabia. We offer reliable, efficient, and secure land freight services, including Dry and Temperature-Controlled options for both Full Truckload (FTL) and Less-than-Truckload (LTL) shipments.

As we expand our footprint, we seek a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive our growth. This results-driven individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, acquiring new clients, and nurturing existing relationships to achieve ambitious sales targets for our diverse freight services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base for FTL, LTL, temperature-controlled, and dry freight services.
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and service agreements to potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for our clients.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasting.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the transportation and 3PL sector is mandatory.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive logistics environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of land freight services, including FTL, LTL, temperature-controlled (cold chain), and dry cargo.
  • A strong, existing network of contacts within the manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, retail, or other relevant sectors in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English is essential, Arabic is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
