About the Company: A leading industrial company specializing in the production and supply of pure lead and lead alloys is seeking a highly driven Sales Manager with strong experience in industrial and B2B sales.

Role Overview: The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with B2B clients in the metal, battery, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and manage long-term customer partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for top management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably within the lead or metal industry.
  • Proven success in B2B sales and business development across local and international markets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent command of English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to travel and meet clients when required.

Preferred Skills: Previous experience in the lead, alloys, or recycling sectors. Familiarity with export markets and industrial clients. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
