We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead B2B sales in the KSA and support our global expansion. This is a full-time role with the option for on-site or hybrid work arrangements, and it offers a clear career path to Account Director.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Identify new leads, clients, and distribution channels
  • Deliver compelling product demos and client presentations
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and client engagement
  • Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or B2B SaaS sales in KSA
  • Strong knowledge of the ConTech/PropTech/Construction market
  • Experience with Autodesk AEC tools (BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks) is a strong plus
  • Skilled in negotiation, client engagement, and CRM tools
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Certifications:
Relevant certifications such as Odoo Functional Consultant, Sales Management, Budgeting and Forecasting, or Food Industry Sales/Catering Management are preferred.
