Your Qualifications:
  • You enjoy dealing with customers and have experience in sales, preferably in the footwear or fashion sector.
  • You provide customers with an ideal shopping experience by understanding their needs and offering appropriate advice.
  • The ability to handle multiple customers at the same time without difficulty.
  • You have a team spirit and inspire positive energy and motivation in others.
  • You possess strong communication skills, and you are proficient in German, with English proficiency preferred.

Your Role in the Team:
  • Actively interact with customers with a warm welcome and friendly smile to create a comfortable shopping environment.
  • Conduct persuasive sales conversations to introduce customers to the products and increase sales rates.
  • Ensure products are displayed attractively according to visual merchandising standards.
  • Accurately and efficiently manage payment and accounting processes.
  • Participate in inventory processes and support the overall organization of the store and stock.
