Role Overview:
As a Sales Representative focusing on Restaurants and HORECA, you will play a vital role in expanding our small accounts segment. This position requires building strong, lasting relationships in the market, driving customer activation, and ensuring consistent account growth.

Your Responsibilities:
  • New Customer Acquisition: Engage with potential clients through various methods, including walk-ins, referrals, and lead lists. Reflect customer needs in your sales pitch and ensure successful onboarding.
  • Activation & Account Growth: Encourage first orders and develop client habits that lead to repeated purchases while upselling and cross-selling as appropriate.
  • Execution & Internal Collaboration: Maintain CRM discipline by tracking activities and forecasts, and collaborating closely with operations to guarantee service reliability.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HORECA or FMCG.

  • Proficient in CRM software and reporting tools.
  • Fluent in English, with Arabic being essential.
