We are looking for an energetic Sales Associate focused on customer service to join our sales team. You will be responsible for selling the company’s products and services, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers and accurately assess their needs.
  • Effectively showcase, promote, and sell products and services.
  • Provide accurate product information and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Assist customers throughout the purchasing process to achieve sales.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and courteously.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain the store's appearance and organization according to company standards.
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to enhance sales and customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Minimum diploma qualification.
  • Previous experience in sales or retail preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English).
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain polite and calm in pressure situations.
  • Neat and professional appearance.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and consumer behavior.
