Join the Oil Refinery Factory as a Secretary!
We are looking for a professional secretary to support the factory manager and administration. Your responsibilities will include writing documents, managing phone calls and visitors, as well as assisting in coordinating key projects and managing the agenda and government relations.

Main Duties and Tasks Include:
  • Taking notes in shorthand (speed writing) and copying correspondence and reports.
  • Receiving phone calls, screening and directing them, and receiving messages.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Examining meeting requests and coordinating participants' schedules.
  • Creating systems for file and record maintenance.

The job requires 3 years of practical experience.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any of the following majors: English, Business Administration, Human Resources, Executive Secretarial.

Necessary Skills:
  • Contact officer services, document management software, scheduling visits.
